Deloitte Consulting Announces
an Alliance With SPL Worldgroup to Provide Customer Relationship Management
Solutions
DALLAS TX., June 24 1999 - Deloitte Consulting,
one of the world’s top management consulting firms, today announced
an alliance with SPL WorldGroup (SPL), a leading information technology
consulting and enterprise software provider, to implement Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) solutions in energy and utilities
markets using CISPLUS®.
CISPLUS is a customer information system designed to automate and
support a wide range of customer relationship management functions,
including marketing, customer acquisition support and contact management,
consolidated billing and full revenue cycle information analysis.
It is designed specifically to Support electricity, water, gas and
waste services and interfaces with major meter reading software
products and major financial and
human resources software suites.
